Do I need to be a member to host a golf event at Brookhaven?
No membership is required. Anyone can host a charity tournament, corporate outing, or special event on our courses. Members do, however, enjoy waived room fees and additional perks.
What kinds of golf events can you accommodate?
We host everything from large-scale charity tournaments and professional-level play to corporate outings, groomsmen events, team-building days, and fun formats like Glow Golf.
How many players can you accommodate?
With 72 holes across four courses, we can host intimate outings of a few foursomes all the way up to full-field tournaments with 144 players or more.
What’s included when I book a golf event?
Our team handles all the essentials: professional bag drop, cart staging, personalized scorecards, sponsor signage, on-course contests, and professional scoring. We also offer food & beverage services, prizes, and post-round receptions.
Do you offer catering or receptions after play?
Yes. Our executive chef can create custom menus from boxed lunches and on-course snacks to full banquet receptions so your event ends on a high note.
Can you help with prizes or branded merchandise?
Absolutely. We can provide personalized merchandise, tournament prizes, and even hole-in-one packages to make your event stand out.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for large tournaments, especially in peak season, to secure your preferred date and course. Smaller outings can often be arranged with less notice.
Do I need to be a member to book an event at Brookhaven?
No membership is required. Our event spaces are open to the public. Members, however, enjoy added benefits such as waived room fees.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. A dedicated private event director is included with all bookings, ensuring every detail is managed from setup to last guest departure.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by room and event type. Our team will work with you to find the best space and package for your needs.
Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
Yes, we can place a tentative hold for a short period to give you time to finalize details before securing with a signed agreement and deposit.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors, though catering and bar services must be provided by Brookhaven. We also have preferred vendors to recommend for photography, florals, music, and more.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend 9–12 months in advance. Smaller gatherings and corporate events can often be arranged with shorter notice, though earlier booking ensures the best availability.
