What’s included in each membership tier?
Full Golf includes unrestricted play on both courses; Classic has restricted Cove access in season; Social includes no golf but access to fitness, dining, tennis, bocce.
Do I need to be a Member to tour?
No. Prospective guests and non-Members are welcome to schedule tours with Membership Directors.
Are initiation fees refundable?
Initiation fees are typically non-refundable and based on club policy.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes - many Members upgrade tiers over time; contact membership for details on initiations or prorations.
How do I schedule a tour of the clubs?
Book a tour through our website or contact a Membership Director directly.
Do I need to make an appointment, or can I just stop by?
Appointments are recommended to ensure a Membership Director is available to customize your visit.
How long does a typical tour take?
Tours usually last 60–90 minutes depending on what you’d like to see.
What should I bring with me to a tour?
Comfortable shoes and any activity gear if you’d like to try golf, tennis, or fitness after your visit.
How quickly can I join after touring?
Membership applications are often approved within a few days, so you can begin enjoying the club almost immediately.
Do I need to be a Member to host a corporate event?
No; non-Members may host corporate events with advance notice.
Can non-Members host events at Indian Wells?
Yes. You do not need to be a Member to host an event.
Are event spaces indoor and outdoor?
Yes. We offer both indoor and outdoor venues, as well as tented and garden options.
Do you provide catering & bar service?
Yes. Full in-house catering, bar packages, and menu customization are available.
