Rosh Hashanah Dinner Friday, September 18 | 6:00 PM Celebrate Rosh Hashanah with family and friends at Ravinia Green as we welcome the Jewish New Year with a special evening featuring traditional favorites and a festive holiday dinner. The evening will begin with apples and honey, challah, hummus with fresh vegetables, and Manischewitz wine, followed by a served first course of traditional matzo ball soup. Our Rosh Hashanah dinner buffet will feature oven-roasted brisket with au jus, herb-roasted chicken, fig-crusted salmon, Israeli couscous salad, mashed potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables, green beans almondine, sweet noodle kugel, and a seasonal fall salad.
