Do I need to be a member to host a corporate event at Seville?

No. Our meeting and event spaces are open to both members and non-members. Members do enjoy additional perks, including waived room fees.

What types of corporate events can I host?

Bring us any event! Seville has the perfect spaces for board meetings, team retreats, client dinners, holiday parties, seminars, and large-scale company celebrations.

What spaces are available for meetings?

We offer flexible venues ranging from private boardrooms for just a few guests to larger event spaces and outdoor lawns that can accommodate up to 400.

Do you provide audiovisual equipment?

Yes. We can arrange for projectors, screens, microphones, and other AV support to ensure your presentations run smoothly.

Is catering available for corporate events?

Yes. Our culinary team can create everything from working lunches to plated dinners, buffets, cocktail receptions, and coffee breaks.

Is a coordinator included for my event?

Yes. Every event comes with a dedicated private events team to help with planning, setup, and day-of execution.

How far in advance should I book?

For large conferences or holiday parties, we recommend reserving 6–12 months in advance. Smaller meetings can often be scheduled with shorter notice.

Can I combine a meeting with golf or team-building activities?

Yes. Many corporate groups choose to enhance their events with a golf outing, racquet play, or wellness activities to create a memorable team experience.

Can we bring in outside vendors?

Yes. You may bring your preferred vendors such as florists, photographers, entertainers, and decorators. Our event team is also happy to recommend trusted partners who know our spaces well.

Does Seville provide catering and bar service?

Yes. Our in-house culinary team offers customizable menus, from elegant plated dinners to lively cocktail receptions, along with full bar service tailored to your preferences and budget.
