Beyond the Board: Executive Roundtable

Join us for an intimate executive roundtable designed for senior leaders and current or former board members examining how culture, inclusion and leadership behavior shape governance, risk, trust, accountability and organizational performance. This is not a workshop, presentation or sales pitch. It is a closed-room, facilitated peer discussion exploring the cultural signals boards may be missing, the gap between organizational commitments and employees’ lived experience, and the questions leaders should be asking before those gaps become strategic liabilities. The conversation will be co-facilitated by Dr. Kristine Gentry, PhD and Dr. Marjorie Ngwenya, DBA, whose work examines board culture, inclusive governance and the leadership behaviors that move organizations from stated intention to meaningful accountability. If you serve on a board, advise one or sit at the executive table where culture, people and governance decisions are made, this conversation was designed for you. Seating is limited and reserved for Members whose role and experience align with the level of discussion. Interested Members are invited to contact Hunter.White@invitedclubs.com to be considered!
